Working 5 years at Made, starting in a project lead role and growing into a team lead role where I guided a team of 6-9 strategists, researchers and business designers through growth and change, including a merge. Now in a more client oriented / strategic account management role focussing in the FMCG & Health space.

Helping Delhaize to create the optimal Fruit and Vegetable assortment. This by analysing sales data, creating packaging, introducing new products (verspakket), helping with content marketing and (instore and online) product placement.

Started as junior and became senior consultant in 2018, executing research from start to finish. I focus on the needs of the client by asking the right questions, designing and leading the research, reporting in the most visual way possible. These 4 years at Haystack made me a real quali expert.
