I am working as an AI researcher in BioIntAkt (Biodiversity Factor Measurement with intelligent acoustic sensors) project funded by BMBF (Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Germany)). The aim of the project is to use artificial intelligence methods for biodiversity detection and autonomous identification of insect species based on their sounds. In addition to this, I continue my artificial intelligence research and teaching activities.

- Built and managed pipelines for collecting, preparing, and processing datasets for machine learning projects.

- Trained and optimized deep learning models to solve real-world problems.

- Conducted research on the latest machine learning and deep learning techniques to integrate cutting-edge solutions.

- Evaluated models to ensure accuracy and reliability, delivering effective results.

- Analyzed results from experiments and created clear reports to share insights with the team.

- Contributed to interface development for segmentation and annotation of cell based pathology images, improving user workflows and data accuracy.

- Collaborated on the development of a deep learning model for the classification of cell-based pathology images, enhancing diagnostic capabilities.

- Participated in the Extended Depth of Field (EDF) Development Team as an Embedded Software Developer, contributing to a patented technology.

- Conducted research on artificial intelligence algorithms and models, along with comprehensive literature reviews to support ongoing innovation.

- Prepared and submitted applications for TÜBİTAK 1507 (Turkey Government R&D Support Program) and KOSGEB (Turkey Government Industrial R&D/ M&D Support Program), securing funding and project support.

- Designed project workflows by creating and distributing project steps, tracking progress, and generating periodic reports.

- Created detailed budgets, project timelines, and managed event planning, including organizing team meetings and stakeholder sessions.

- Managed procurement for product and material supplies, ensuring timely delivery for project needs.
