• Fixing bugs As part of a small team I was expected to handle user requirements by meeting users directly, and also to manage expectations. It also involved analysis of application performance and making improvements to existing code to meet performance expectations.

I worked as a customer service assistant on the checkouts. My responsibilities included completing transactions as quickly as possible, helping customers meet their needs and giving them a pleasant check out experience. I also worked on self checkouts, and that required handling multiple customer transactions at once under pressure. Occasionally, I also worked on stacking shelves and gathering trolleys from the car park. I won an employee of the month award in the last month of my work.
