I support startups and scale-ups across Europe with embedded, end-to-end hiring for engineering, product, and data roles. With 6+ years in the tech sector, I typically join high-growth teams during periods of scale, transition, or reset, helping them stabilise hiring, define roles, and build senior talent pipelines. I’ve hired across fintech, telecom, streaming, e-commerce, and deep tech, with a strong focus on senior and staff-level engineers.
