Program Manager with 8 years of experience at Google Cloud (Dublin, Sydney, New York). Drove several cross functional strategic projects on a global scale in a fast-paced and complex environment. Some highlights:

Designed and implemented a quarterly evaluation system to assess the performance of 10 different suppliers across the Cloud functions (Sales, Deployment, Tech Support), providing data driven insights about vendor performance and guiding decision making.
Spearheaded the launch of customer support on Twitter for Google Cloud, leading a complex cross-functional effort across Legal, Privacy, and Marketing. Onboarded a new CRM tool, established new user data policies, and trained an 8-person agent team.
