Managed the take on and team creation to deliver digital services to new client: Pret. During eight months my team upgraded four existing websites (UK, US, France, Hong Kong) with new branding (fonts, colours, icons, photos), new shop-finder with better shop detail pages and dynamic opening hours, etc, built six new sites to replace sites from legacy supplier including SEO redirects from all shop pages, and built two sites for new markets.

Conner is a director level consultant with GPMIP, the acquisition and post merger integration specialists.

Managed the global digitisation e-commerce IT programme for Siemens Power Services Distributed Generation Oil and Gas division. This included the e-commerce platform, customer's purchasing platforms, generation of customer specific catalogues, navigable graphics (3D models and 2D drawings), pricing engine, content data hosting, and integrations into many back-end systems. Nine disparate (acquired) units form 5 Product Lines (eg Gas Turbines, Reciprocating Compressors) offering 8 Service Lines (eg Spare Parts, Training) in 6 regions totalling 171 countries.
