Head of the Production Department, as a result of a huge investment for the expansion of the plant in order to double volume and diversify our product portfolio. 24/7 production in 4 production sub-departments (9 managers and +/- 70 operators and team leaders). Main areas of responsibilities:

- Hiring of +/- 60 workers within 24 months (expansion of the Production Department from 40 to 100 workers / currently 80), including both managers and line operators. Conducting interviews, developing the several training plans, promoting integration;

- Entire structural reorganization of the department;

- KPI tracking and analysis, and coordination of the related corrective actions;

- Budget management (annual opex+/- 200 k€);

- Coordination of improvement projects (workplace organization, safety, environment, quality);

- Responsible for the implementation and improvement of autonomous maintenance of the production lines, following a World Class Manufacturing program;

- Member of crossfunctional projects including among others plant digitalization (data and tools).

Head of the new Process Department as a result of activity growth (2 engineers). Main areas of responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall production process of recycled PET foam products at the plant;

- Project leader for the conception, purchase, installation and process setup of a multipurpose extrusion line, producing recycled PET foam Foil (1), recycled PET foam Beads (2) and a nucleating agent masterbatch using PET as a carrier.

Responsible for the overall production process of recycled PET foam products at the plant. This includes upgrading existing equipment, designing and modelling new tools, screening state of the art technologies, developing new products, visiting development partners and attending trials. Strong focus in improving and mastering recycled PET foam extrusion. Transverse management with the R&D, production, maintenance, quality and sales departments.
