 Led executive initiatives to drive transition and development of a strengthened Global SC team.  Conducted Comprehensive Audits of SC planning landscape delivering recommendations to Executive SC commitee.  Defined Global Business Rules and a Target Operating Model to ensure strong alignment between executive decisions and daily operational execution.
