Network management:- Design,implement and manage the organization's computer networks.(LAN,WAN,VPNs)

Systems administration:- Oversee the installation,configuration,and maintenance of servers,operating systems and applications.

Hardware and Software maintenance:- maintain and repair ICT hardware,computers,printers,routers and other devices.

Cybersecurity:- Implement and monitor security measures,including firewalls,encryption and anti-virus software,regular vulnerability assessment and response to incidents.

Technical support:- providing technical support and guidance to users,resolving hardware,software and network issues.

Database and systems management:- administer the organization's database,ensuring data is correctly stored,backed up and secure.

I.C.T Policy development:- Develop,update,and enforce ICT policies and procedures,including acceptable use policies and data protection guidelines. User Training and Documentation:- develop and deliver training programs to staff on new systems,software and ICT policies.

Teaching and instruction:-Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in information and communication technology(ICT) to students at various skill levels. Curriculum development:-Develop and update ICT course materials,lesson plans and teaching aids based on current technological trends and CBET educational standards. Practical ICT skill training:- Facilitate hand-on learning through practical sessions,workshops,and lab activities. Supporting and Guiding Students:-Providing one-on-one support and guidance to students who require additional help with ICT topics Digital literacy promotion:- Educate students on digital literacy,responsible internet use and online safety.

Assessment and Evaluation:-Design,administer,and grade assessments to evaluate student's understanding and progress.

Technical support-assisted in troubleshooting hardware,software and network issues. System maintenance:-support the ICT team in maintaining computer systems,ensuring they run smoothly. network support:-aid in monitoring network performance,assisting with basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues. Documentation:-Help create and maintain documentation for ICT Processes,procedures and systems configuration. Cybersecurity support:-assisted the ICT team in ensuring data security by learning and applying basic cyber security principles,such as password management and data handling. Learning and development:-participated in training sessions and workshops to develop knowledge and skills in ICT systems,tools and best practices.
