As one of the few SAFe Practice Consultant Trainers (SPC-T), I am in an excellent position to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Lean-Agile practices, coaching individuals, teams, and leaders to embed agile values, foster collaboration, and enable continuous improvement.
Throughout my career, notably at Vodafone and National Grid, I’ve successfully coached teams of over 300 software engineers, delivering complex software and infrastructure solutions using agile methodologies at scale. My experience as an Agile Transformation Architect and SAFe Trainer has refined my ability to align a large number of teams and manage dependencies to achieve the desired outcomes. At Vodafone, I led one of their most successful digital transformation programs, recognised as IDC’s “Digital Transformer of the Year.” I was instrumental in implementing a cloud-based solution, directly improving operational efficiency. I delivered several LPM courses and contributed to the Portfolio efforts at Vodafone.
