• Leads CSRD implementations and played a SME role on CSRD/ESRS at multiple clients active in different sectors as chemicals, breweries, insurances. This consisted in:

◦ Gap Analysis

◦ Stakeholder engagement

◦ Reporting boundaries definition

◦ ESRS interpretation

◦ Technology architecture definition (centralization of data to reporting in dislcosures management)

◦ Relationships with auditors

• Leads multiple projects related to the implementation of regulatory requirements in Banks and Insurance compagnies among which Belfius. Projects:

◦ Implementation of ECB guidelines for the inclusion of Climate and Environmental related Risks

◦ Stakeholder management & reporting at executive level as well as project follow-up

◦ SPOC for the team on the project and structuring their tasks as well providing technical guidance on sustainability topics Lead the development of the Sustainability Performance Management within Consulting : define the go to market strategy, understand the market demands, define positioning with regards to technology, establish connections with European member firms, produce eminence and participate to sustainability events giving keynotes This resulted in the creation of a pipeline and delivery of projects at around 800K EUR and a growth of five times initial situation.
