My role at National Infrastructure Solutions varied and changed quite often to meet business needs/demands. Some days I was a Graphic Designer, Voice-Over Artist, Video-Editor, Script Writer, UX Designer, Marketing Assistant, UI Designer and Photographer. Working as the only person on the Media Team means I learnt how to adapt and grow my skills as the business demanded and take initiative, especially in the early days of the company. I joined the company when it first began. Since then, I've had the opportunity to watch this corporate business grow from 3 people in a small office to over 25 employees with an office bursting at its seams! The fast-paced nature and growth of the business has helped me understand how to thrive whilst working under pressure, as well as the importance of teamwork and communication.

I started working for this charity through the 'Kickstart Scheme' offered by the government at this time. My short time at Reach & Unite Outreach entailed creating a new project to help bring awareness to the knife crime epidemic.

- Mentored and taught young people how to use design software such as Canva as well as give them measurable goals.

- Creating graphics for the project such as social media posts, merch design and planning the website.

- Collaborating with colleagues in order to plan a clear timeline and create realistic goals.

- Scheduling and creating Social Media posts on a weekly basis

- Planning and establishing ways to engage followers on social media platforms as well as implementing these strategies

- Responding to online questions/queries

- Creating visual designs and graphics such as business cards and flyers
