Developed a model to calculate full compensation packages for Cabin Crew and Pilots by rank and country. Created a frequency function that generates temporary cubes with top-count MDX queries to identify the most common pay patterns. The primary objective was to enable effective crew compensation comparisons across countries, including variable pay components and excluding employees who didn’t receive the full normal pay for their rank in the last 12 months.

Crew Finance FTE Model: Designed a single source of truth for the Crew Community FTE (operational, payroll, and target), integrating budget data, forecasts and surplus/deficit variance tracking with detailed commentary. Developed TM1 rules, including calculations for non-zero averages and productivity metrics.

Direct Operating Cost Model: Automated the calculation of cost per flown passenger and cost per sector, for airport nominal charges and ground handling costs. Developed a workspace interface to add new nominal charges and automatically email the CSV output.

Short-term contract to support the rollout of a new TechTarget TM1 instance.

Developed TM1 Web reports using the GL Toro Cube (US GAAP), ensuring consistency with existing reporting standards.

Enhanced the P&L Input Web Report by adding automatic cost center selection based on profit center attributes in the cost centre MDX list.

Improved the Executive Summary report by incorporating Gross Profit % (GP%) and both numeric and percentage variance analysis.

Customized the TM1 Web Home page with user-specific favorite report links to enhance navigation and usability. The favorite reports were read by turbo integrator with a top count mdx from the report usage cube

● Creation of an alternative hierarchy RX/OTC/DC/DIAG/FS in TM1 IBM Planning analytics and automatic export for QlikView teams.

● Modelling to allocate gross commercial margin cost by brand.

● Support and training for new users in the FP&A team.
