In the role of multi-disciplinary PM, I have managed international EPC/DBFM/CAPEX type contracts, with full responsibility (technical/financial) of the contract, in the field Information Technology, (Petro-) Chemical, Oil & Gas, Water industries, Life Sciences / Pharma, Governmental Infrastructure.

Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing advice, guidance and options regarding their investments. Development and maintaining project plans and forecasts, including scope definition, resource and material requirements, costs, risks and their mitigations and dependencies with other projects. Defining deliverables, assigned their production to project team members and monitored progress and quality of those deliverables. Management of the staffing of assigned projects as well as the procurement and monitored budget spend. Leading the risk, issue and change control processes for assigned projects and tracked action items. Control and monitoring progress of projects, reporting to the BU/General Manager and the Sponsorship Committee in the required format and provided other reporting as required. Leading commissioning teams during installation and construction phase of the projects including HSE. PM certification based upon PMI/PMBOK GUIDE 3rd and 7th editions.
