Previously with Lincoln International and Deloitte, I’ve advised on more than £600m of completed deals across the business services, industrials, and technology sectors.
I specialise in sale preparation and deal execution, supporting management teams through every stage of a transaction - from financial analysis and positioning to marketing materials and investor engagement.
My work has included developing investment memorandums, management presentations, and financial models that articulate equity stories, quantify value drivers, and withstand investor scrutiny.
