Passionate about international development, I bring professional experience in project management, entrepreneurship, and education to the table. My career has allowed me to develop expertise in project management, supporting entrepreneurs, and organizing professional meetings while honing my skills in theory of change (TOC), designing training programs and workshops, and project modeling (Lean Management).

As a consultant and coach in incubation and acceleration programs, I have collaborated with Congolese entrepreneurs, deepening my understanding of the challenges and opportunities in African development. This experience led me to development cooperation, where I currently spearhead a program focusing on training, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Demonstrating adaptability and versatility, my experience includes serving as Communications Manager and co-editor-in-chief for a bank's internal magazine, as well as an Internal Control Manager for an agroindustrial company. These roles have prepared me to work in diverse environments.
