Some milestones: At Accenture in Belgium and Luxembourg, I introduced digital marketing automation for all digital communications to employees and clients. It allowed us to target and personalize emails and it provided insights in the success rate of our digital communications, which helped the management to finetune their strategy. Under impulse of the management, I reinvigorated the local alumni network and led it into the digital age by setting-up an online community platform. It was the pre-Facebook era, so we pioneered at a Global level. The online part was extended to offline activities like an annual reunion, the Alumni Golf Tournament, company visits... I was a key contributor for the launch of several breakthrough programs (2b1 Awards, 40-4-2 Innovation Challenge, the Innovation Awards for Financial Services, the Mobile Business Congress) and acted as an inhouse creative consultant by managing the brand styling and the presentation design.

The application helps groups of friends manage purchases for gifts without the organizational and money hassle. CashCollie matches the ease of online shopping with the power of social networks. The company partners with premium gift vendors in the Benelux and is about to expand to other markets in 2011. The yet very early stage company was announced as a Seedcamp Berlin 2009 finalist and Seedcamp finalist in Paris 2010 and London 2011. The company was backed with pre-seed funding from the IWT (institute for science and technology) and Vinnof and was incubated in the Founder Institute. My role was to manage PM for design and UX architecture of the web-based application, in close collaboration with the founder, and to promote and position the company towards various stakeholders. I also helped to develop the app's visual identity.
