Fiorella Cesa

I am a legal researcher specialized in international law, human rights, and the governance of emerging technologies. I hold a Law degree with honors from the University of Buenos Aires and I am currently completing a Master’s in International Law and International Organizations at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

My experience bridges academic work, litigation support, and institutional research. I have worked at the Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales (CELS), providing legal assistance to vulnerable populations and contributing to reports and strategic litigation. I also served as a teaching assistant at UBA and worked within the Argentine judiciary, giving me solid exposure to legal reasoning, procedural frameworks, and comparative legal analysis.
