• ● Analyze IT changes (mainly infra) in ServiceNow (before and after implementation).

• ● Analyze SAP change requests in RevTrac

• ● Communicate with Senior Management (Project follow-up, blocking points,...)

• ● Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignement with GxP, CFR part 11

• ● Review the compliance of various deliverables (mainly GxP) via Veeva Quality: URS, Validation Strategy, Risk Assessment, Validation report,…

• ● Review and approve the findings/deviations in Archer (Risk Management tool)

• ● Support the Data migration from Documentum to Veeva

• ● Support the users (workflow of Validation documents,..)

• ● Update templates and trainings for the business (methodology of testing, …)

• ● Support the business and the PM by analyzing Pharma/vaccines requirements

• ● Participate in various meetings (OnePlanisware project)

• ● Support the users (via Mailbox) and raise questions during training sessions
