When I founded Brandtag over a decade ago, I made that knowledge and experience available to everybody who wants to grow via digital communication in a sustainable way. As Head of Digital, I transformed both the Digital Marketing team and the Web Development team to integrate them better in the rest of the company and make them profitable. In less than a year, the web development team became profitable and started winning prestigious web awards. The digital marketing department grew substantially both in quality of work and deal sizes. As a Digital Strategist, I faced both new and existing clients for their digital challenges. Next to these roles, I was part of the Management Team.

In this role, I managed the strategic, UX & performance team, 10 strong. Responsible for its innovations, growth and efficiency. As member of the management team I was also responsible for key accounts such as Lotus Bakeries.
