About Frederick

After years in the banking field and automobile sales business, I retrainned as a Data Analyst. I always had an interest in making sense of complex customer behaviors, understanding customer needs and drawing conclusions to make improvements in product development, storytelling and brand identity. Working with the sales team gave me an insight into human decision making behaviors, but I wanted to dive deeper for a more comprehensive understanding of the motives that drive these decisions.
