• Implemented RBI Alt ID compliance for India with minimal change to core systems and channels.
• Led designs for Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and PayPal, including fraud and SCA flows with Accertify and Cybersource.
• Orchestrated multi-acquirer routing and fallbacks to improve resilience and lower cost to accept.
• Produced clear sequence diagrams, component views, and Confluence runbooks for engineering and operations.
