I am a Product Manager with around 15 years of experience in the IT field - building fintech products for the past 7 years, leading cross-functional teams of various sizes (5-30), and working with top management to ensure efficient structures and processes to maximize value and agility.

With a more technical background in quality assurance at the beginning of my career, I have transitioned to traditional project management, later to product development and leadership, promoting collaboration and efficient organization design, and advocating for agile development practices.
