As a Project Manager during the day, I have specialized in IT and project management. I'm results-driven and passionate about business, data, IT, digitization, and virtualization. In my current position, I perform technical analysis of projects to implement our payment solutions, communicate with stakeholders to ensure project delivery and success.
Previously, as General Manager at Itsu, I helped bring the London-based brand to its first EU site, leading the operational management of Autogrill. I trained for two months in London to implement the concept at Brussels Airport, Belgium, built a robust team, and ensured consistency for key roles. I managed the operational growth plan, drove business using KPIs, enforced quality assurance to keep to brand standards, and created a culture of continuous development.
Before Itsu, I was an Assistant Manager at Autogrill, responsible for the financial and operational management of Starbucks. I managed the team, contributed to optimal turnover, drove business using KPIs, managed administration, and achieved proposed results of the operation, managing the P&L.
I hold a PMI certified Associate in Project Management, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certificate, and Certified in Cybersecurity certificate from (ISC)². I also completed a Sports and Coaching program at York College.
My personal projects include creating and administering a Homelab, virtualizing a 2012 MacBook Air, turning old hardware into a server, and running virtualized containers with services such as DNS sinkhole, and home surveillance server. I also created a Dashboard of Key Performance Indicators, aggregating dynamic business data to form an interactive dashboard.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, with notions of Thai, I am always eager to take on new challenges and make a positive impact. I thrive in dynamic environments, applying my diverse skill set to overcome challenges, develop innovative solutions, and achieve success.
