Job split 80/20 between Alliance Management and Long-term Strategic Planning Responsible for Managing Strategic Alliances, mainly with GSK, acting as coordinator and strategic advisor to the different governance bodies Long-Term Strategic Planning: partner with CFO to think through the different strategic options iTeos has for the future, to enable ExCom & Board discussions that drives decision-making processes. Selected Accomplishments:

- Kicked off the GSK-iTeos collaboration as Alliance Manager

- Led the collaboration through challenging time for TIGIT assets, strategically thinking about the best approach to develop our shared asset

In the absence of a CFO for the first half of 2020, I temporarily was part of the ExCom and partnered with the CEO and COO to oversee the finance organization. With the recruitment of our CFO and the IPO in July 2020, I partnered with the CFO to build the finance organization needed as a publicly-traded company and decided to lead the FP&A function as from 2021. I also participated in the ExCom, acting as Secretary and partnering with the CEO for the preparation. Selected Accomplishments:

- Successfully partnered with CEO and COO to raise $125M as Series B2 Financing (April 2021)

- Lead the finance organization into the successful IPO on Nasdaq with $230M of proceeds (July 2021)

- Built the first long-term planning tool for the company

Right hand of the CFO covering all finance functions: Accounting, Controlling, Budgeting, etc. Responsible for Stock Options Plan, partnering with HR. Selected Accomplishments:

- Relocated the company to the US, with everything that entails (legal, tax optimization, transfer pricing strategy and documentation, finance, banking, investor management, etc.)

- Preparing the company for a future IPO on Nasdaq from an accounting & controlling perspective (US GAAP conversion)

- Improved processes across the different finance function
