I am working as an ERP Advisor and Functional Business Analyst on EU institutional projects within the European External Action Service (EEAS), supporting the design, implementation, and evolution of HR systems built on the Odoo ERP platform.

I act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex HR processes into structured functional requirements and scalable ERP solutions.

My role covers the full requirements lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, process modelling, solution design support, and validation. I facilitate workshops, align cross-functional teams, and ensure that business needs are accurately reflected in the system while complying with governance and quality standards.

I contribute to the development and rollout of key HR applications, including Job Management, Staff Management, and Payroll modules deployed across global EEAS delegations. I am also involved in the migration of legacy systems to the new ERP platform.

In addition, I support system adoption by delivering training sessions, demos, and user guidance materials, ensuring a smooth transition for end users.
