Led regulatory reform targeting Victoria's largest industrial energy users (60+ terajoules/year) to drive emissions reduction and enforce state climate targets and decarbonise. Led public consultation on the Regulatory Impact Statement; analysed stakeholder feedback and developed public-facing communication materials. Produced high-quality briefings and reports on complex policy issues for Ministerial and Executive decision-making. Provided strategic advice on cross-government emergency recovery efforts for bushfire, flood, and storm events; coordinated recovery initiatives with focus on mental health support.

Conducted data analysis across Court Programs; authored funding and evaluation reports for Consumer Affairs Victoria, Court Services Victoria, and the Attorney-General's Department. Delivered impactful legal support to vulnerable individuals, helping bridge access tojustice and championing inclusive, community-focused legal services. Developed legal fact sheets and online content to ensure accessibility for culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
