Your business often faces difficult planning problems, such as determining the optimal routes for delivery trucks, constructing a personnel schedule for the coming weeks that meets staffing requirements and respects workers' preferences as much as possible, or determining the optimal sequence of operations in a job shop environment.

For these problems, specialized mathematical techniques generally outperform solutions found manually. However, applying these techniques requires specialized skills which are many times not available in house. That's where I can help.
