My name is Hicham, and I am a senior system engineer with a strong background in both infrastructure and software development. Throughout my career, I have built broad and in-depth expertise across a wide range of technologies, from web development (HTML, PHP) to cloud and endpoint management, including Azure and Microsoft 365.

My profile combines the best of both worlds: a solid foundation in programming and extensive experience in system engineering. This enables me not only to manage and optimize systems, but also to develop tailored solutions that align seamlessly with both technical and business needs.

I have extensive experience working within Azure and Microsoft 365 environments and hold certifications such as Azure Infrastructure Expert, as well as multiple certifications in Microsoft 365 and Teams telephony. This allows me to efficiently design, implement, and manage modern workplace and communication solutions.

In addition, I have strong experience in automation, using System Center Service Management Automation (SMA) and PowerShell to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce human error. I am particularly driven by automating complex tasks and building robust, scalable solutions.
