After two years of in-house experience and witnessing the rapid growth of the brand, the demand for Cellublue to expand became inevitable. It was then that I had the privilege to handpick two skilled graphic designers and a talented photographer to collaborate with, a move that was essential to meet the increasing workload and the heightened quality and expectations that come with the territory of a burgeoning brand. This transformative period saw my role evolve into that of an Art Director, where I continued to fulfill my duties as a graphic designer but took on the added responsibility of overseeing a small team of three. This shift allowed me to effectively address the brand's objectives and ever-expanding requirements. This valuable experience taught me the intricacies of leading a graphic team, providing constructive feedback, and served as an excellent opportunity to delegate some of my responsibilities to others.
