I have spent the last nine years working at Private Equity backed JLA Group including roles in Corporate Development, M&A and Commercial Finance.
These roles have had a diverse remit including leading on M&A, International Expansion, New Vertical Creation, Integration, Strategic Financial Planning, Exit Readiness and Financial Performance Management. I have worked closely with the Executive Team and Board contributing to activities driving shareholder value.
Prior to JLA, I spent seven years working in M&A Transaction Services at KPMG and Grant Thornton performing financial due diligence on behalf of Private Equity, Corporates and Lenders.
