Led the global digital accessibility program, supporting product teams in beginning their digital transformation in improving accessibility and maintaining a better quality standard.

Provide design consultancy services to HMRC, be an integral part of consultant squads, evaluate problems (GOV policy promises), explore solutions, produce flows, journey maps, service designs, prototypes, assist with user research, present to stakeholders, work to strict GDS standards. Provide accessibility consultancy within the wider GOV community and assist the GDS team in supporting designers in GOV with accessible solutions to design problems.

My mission is to analyse existing ways of working within a subsidiary company of Schneider Electric, to work with the internal accessibility leads in writing a strategy for improving product development by making “the shift left”. The strategy will be adopted by management at the chosen pilot company and I will provide training and support while we make arrangements for the implementation to begin. Further support may be provided in the form of a support contract, if required.
