About Jack

I build the risk, control and governance frameworks that let institutions adopt new financial market infrastructure safely.
Over a decade across internal audit, operational risk, treasury risk and third party risk management, much of it at DAX listed Henkel, I've specialised in one thing: translating complex regulation into production ready controls. Today I apply that to the fastest moving corner of FMI: tokenised assets, DLT based settlement and collateral, and the digital asset regulatory stack of MiCA, DORA and operational resilience.
The through line across audit, treasury, procurement and digital assets has always been the same, identify the risk, design the control, build the governance, make it operational. That's what made the move into digital assets a natural extension rather than a pivot: the technology changes, the discipline doesn't.
I'm completing an MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currency at the University of Nicosia, with thesis research on the liquidity risk, haircuts and eligibility treatment of tokenised treasuries and money market funds used as collateral, directly relevant now that the ECB has opened Eurosystem collateral eligibility to DLT issued securities. I recently represented UNIC at the British Blockchain Association's conference at the House of Commons.
I'm focused on roles in financial market infrastructure, banking and digital assets, risk, controls, operational resilience, compliance and governance. Based in the Brussels metropolitan area, authorised to work in Belgium and the UK with no sponsorship required, and open to remote.
