My responsibility is to set-up and deliver a best in class recruitment service through: - End to end recruitment using multiple channels and methods encompassing candidate and stakeholder management - Partnering with Business Executives to effectively coordinate a timely recruitment process - Bringing external market insights to the business via the talent acquisition team - Lead to success and manage the TA team and increase the overall competencies and professionalism through coaching and recruitment skills trainings - Building an employer branding agenda for the Group across North West Europe (Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland) whilst acting as Kronos Group's brand ambassador - Ensure business continuity & future growth of the company in Belgium, France, Italy and Switzerland regarding its activities in Procurement, Finance, Project Management and transformation

- Consulting with both global, regional and local consumer/life sciences companies and private equity clients in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory services for senior executive positions. - Actively be involved in developing clients’ strategy and culture to identify their future leaders for their Executive Board, CEO or C-Suite - Identify best talent and build successful teams and generate shareholder value through excellence in executive search

- Lead the sourcing strategy and vision, defining strategy, developing tools and building global focus towards proactive sourcing and leading strategic sourcing capability development for US, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Poland, AsiaPac and Belgium (HQ) and further deploy throughout the group at worldwide level. - Lead improvement of talent acquisition processes and technology, advancements impacting global talent acquisition service delivery and wider human resources strategy and develop global talent acquisition policies, processes and legal requirements to align with local labor laws and company standards. - Replicate internally best-in-class capabilities of top executive search firms to ensure quality, speed and cost control - Develop, report and influence robust metrics to measure talent acquisition's effectiveness and overall capability and identify trends, successes and areas of improvement for performance enhancements. - Lead employer branding, social media strategies, and graduate & students program across US, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Poland, AsiaPac, Belgium and the Netherlands
