Drawing upon years of development experience, I work as an independent Auditor and Technical Author to provide comprehensive, full stack audits of complex ecommerce systems identifying issues and opportunities for a range of clients covering all aspects of their technology stacks including security, code efficiency, performance, best practices and project risks.

Working as an independent contractor for Starkware, a multi-billion dollar Blockchain unicorn as a Technical Writer, my role involved managing and being responsible for all Starknet technical documentation within docs.starknet.io.

My role was to liaise with a team of engineers and ensure that the technical documentation was kept up to date and inline with the rapidly changing Starknet project. This required gaining fast and deep understanding of cryptography semantics and ensuring this was translated into clear and concise documentation for dApp developers and end users of the platform.

Klevu is an AI-powered smart search engine that is designed to leverage the power of machine learning in order to improve conversion and relevance for onsite search with a focus on eCommerce. Within this role, I was responsible for providing technical consultation with a particular focus on Magento eCommerce platform by providing public webinars, sales team technical training, client support assistance, solution architecture documentation, integration advice, technical writing and API documentation.

I liaised regularly with the sales team, marketing team, senior management and development teams in order to assist with various internal projects. The role required me to stay up to speed on the latest eCommerce trends and technologies in order to help clients grow revenue and profit.
