Constructed data-driven Looker reports to monitor Sales performance, KPIs, and compensation. Additionally, developed a range of automated commercial metric reports for C-suite stakeholders utilising Databricks, Google Sheets, and Salesforce.

• Customer Pricing Strategy – Delivered a dynamic customer pricing model aligned to strategic growth objectives at a global supply chain client. Facilitated workshops with stakeholders to map model objectives and data requirements. Led technical build and coached a team of junior analysts to successfully link disparate data sets, develop the SQL model and implement the PowerBI user-interface tool in the business.

• Data-Driven Reporting – Developed analytical models and visualisations utilising SQL and Power BI to continuously analyse and report on metrics and trends across the finance, operations and asset management functions of a global natural resource client. Interactive dashboards were presented seen as key data-driven products that business units could utilise to monitor performance and critical risk insights.

• Business Strategy Development – Designed the foundational value chain and core business processes to establish a JV between a major bank and an energy operator focused on generating Carbon Credits. Deliverables included designing an operations management framework to operate key processes, and capture and manage data for reporting.

• Home Loan Customer Remediation – identified and remediated 4 complex cohorts of customers with home loan rate and term related issues at a major bank. Acted as project lead to a hybrid team of business and data analysts to define impacted customer cohorts, understand data requirements and develop analytical models to calculate remediable amounts. Responsible for client stakeholder engagement and agile project management.
