I am a Senior Product Manager with experience across B2B SaaS, platform products, enterprise workflow systems, real-time operations software, product analytics, integrations, and AI-enabled decision support.

Most of my work has been in complex environments where reliability, coordination, and workflow clarity matter. I am at my best when the product problem is messy: fragmented tools, weak reporting, hard operational trade-offs, legacy constraints, or an ambitious idea that needs turning into something structured and shippable.

At Optibus I have owned product work in a real-time public transport operations platform, including operational control workflows, analytics instrumentation, release governance, map platform consolidation, cross-system integration framing, and an AI-assisted decision-support initiative.

Previously I owned product management for enterprise document governance and workflow capabilities in the Atlassian ecosystem, including controlled document lifecycles, reporting, migration recovery, audit history, and compliance-oriented product design for around 1,000 organisations.

Earlier in my career at IBM Consulting, I worked on strategy, operating model, process, and information management projects for large enterprise and public sector clients. That background still shapes how I work: I tend to look for the system behind the symptom, not just the feature request in front of me.

I work especially well where technical complexity, commercial pressure, and product ambiguity intersect, and where teams need someone who can bring structure to a hard problem without losing sight of the user and the business.
