I help organisations navigate complex sustainability, ESG and governance requirements in a way that strengthens decision-making, reduces risk and creates competitive advantage — not just compliance.

With over 30 years of global experience, including 21 years in senior leadership roles at AstraZeneca, I bring a rare combination of deep corporate experience and hands-on advisory delivery. I have worked at board, executive and operational levels across highly regulated environments in the UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Through Sinequanon Consulting based in London, I support healthcare and life sciences companies on CSRD and CSDDD readiness, GRI-aligned double materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, sustainability reporting and governance integration. Recent work includes supporting a listed Swedish healthcare company on CSRD/GRI double materiality, advising pharmaceutical companies on ESG expectations linked to public procurement and tenders, and delivering ESG and climate training (including Scope 1–4 and GHG Protocol fundamentals) for senior banking leaders in Africa.

My work focuses on translating complex regulations and frameworks including CSRD, GRI, TCFD/TNFD, into practical, decision-useful actions that boards and leadership teams can actually implement. I also bring a strong nature and biodiversity lens through my trustee roles with the South Downs National Park and Reforest Africa, including experience with nature-based solutions and carbon credit governance.
