Back in 2002, additvalue has been created to deliver innovative Business Intelligence and Big Data products, services and advisory to airline executives and staff for them to increase business profitability, performance delivery and agility. Since 2010, it has been turned around as a management company to provide IT services and management consulting on a project basis to a wider range of industries. From 2014, IoT became more and more prominently a driver for value delivery. 7 years down this journey, a whole IoT framework is now in place to support the delivery of several projects and products with a very innovative customer approach. • Setup and manage Internet of Things (IoT) projects to deliver proof of concept and proof of value solutions (Minimum Viable Products) on two specific projects: Smart Parking and Smart Mobility (stowed e-scooters).

• In close cooperation with the businesses, elaborate and develop a portfolio of possible use and business cases leveraging on IoT devices towards deployment of MaaS solutions in an industry 4.0 world.

• Define a broader digital approach towards the delivery of a Digital Twin model and integrate IoT initiatives into an innovation framework that leverages on Big Data, AI and other Deep learning capabilities

• Identify IoT and digital opportunities that could contribute to a more efficient fulfillment of the customer, employee or operational journey. (projects such as train composition, information to passengers, condition based maintenance, …)
