I have been working in the Human Resources industry for over 5 years with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management as well as a degree in Business Studies. I also completed courses in english literature and Payroll. I am currently wokring as a HR Consultant in the Payroll IT industry. Within this role I am the Product Lead for our HR Software, which is a contracts of employment and employment handbook software where I not only research and write our content but I also look after the sales, customer service, IT and marketing aspects of the software as well. I also work on our company's merger & acquisitions for which we have successfully and seamlessly completed 3 since 2021. My approach to work is I give every task my undivided attention and I like to exceed expectation not only for my employer but also for myself.

As a HR Consultant I am responsible for one of 6 software solutions Thesaurus Software offer, Bright Contracts. Bright Contracts gives you everything you need to create and manage a professional staff handbook and contracts of employment. Getting these in place has traditionally been an expensive, complicated and time-consuming process. Bright Contracts makes it quick and easy. Within this role I work independently on all of Bright Contracts marketing, product development, sales, customer service and billing. My duties include:
-Updating the Irish & UK handbooks to be compliant with employment law - Updating/ changing/ adding new policies and procedures.
-Responsible for all marketing activities for Bright Contracts
-Run Bright Contracts social media accounts - LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Anchor/ Spotify Podcast

-Create & present webinar content on important employment law topics
