As a Project Manager at Aucxis I support our teams in delivering Business Process Automation solutions that increase efficiency, decrease costs while increasing quality of work. This includes solutions such as Tracking & Tracing, as well as E-trade systems which, in difficult times especially, plays a crucial role in keeping clients supplied and businesses running. Our solutions? Think of automated stock checks, Kanban system, Asset Tracking and much more. Solutions in which Quality remains at the forefront of our focus.

As an Agile consultant I guide teams in delivering projects that meet requirements, all while supporting them in their agile journey. I take up the role of a Product Owner, Business Analyst, coach and change partner and facilitate discussion, analyse requirements,, and provide solutions. In whtever shape these solutions might be needed, whether it may be a wireframe, reporting or facilitating discussions. In my role I've supported both clients and worked internlly on projects that improve experience by using my expertise in Experience design. The projects for which I've applied this range from Chatbot design workshops, Agile reorientation programs, to solution focused User acceptance testing.
