La gestion du changement à travers la culture Lean
Je suis un gestionnaire du changement formé professionnellement, un coach et un praticien de la méthode des Mini-Transformations (McKinsey Methodology).
Je déploie la transformation des cultures et des processus (Lean) en apportant activement mes compétences et mon expertise aux équipes qu’elles soient opérationnelles, managériales (du superviseur au dirigeant) ou fonctions support.
Je sais diriger des transformations d'équipe dans divers environnements industriels (de biens ou de services) en vue d'obtenir des résultats positifs et d'améliorer les performances et les méthodes de travail.
Mon travail inclut l’accompagnement et la montée en compétence des personnes pendant et après les transformations pour assurer la durabilité du changement.
