Joe Gill

For seven years I have been a vital part of Everything. I have worked directly with clients such as Tyneside Cinema, University of Sunderland and Northern Stage while being present from the initial meeting to the final outcome.

My work has spanned from major award winning campaigns with Rape Crisis, branding refreshes of cultural institutions such as Tyneside Cinema, to major print, web and editorial launches for University of Sunderland.

At Everything, I naturally progressed into a role where I supported the teams junior designers and interns. As their primary point of contact, I assisted with creating concepts, providing constructive feedback, and guiding them through studio workflows. This mentorship role enables me to foster a collaborative environment, maintain design quality, and contribute to the professional development of the team’s emerging talent.

I joined JUMP as a six-month Freelance GraphicDesigner, where I led work on major campaignsfor McDonald’s, Emirates, and Currys.

At Intimation, I primarily worked on global campaignsfor AkzoNobel, overseeing projects from initial conceptdevelopment through to final delivery for both Americanand European audiences.
