Main achievements : setting up a comprehensive IT portfolio reporting system and streamlining the financial closing process. The new reporting structure improved visibility over project costs and resource allocation, enabling management to make faster and better-informed decisions. I also standardized reporting templates and clarified ownership. By reviewing and simplifying the closing procedure, I helped reduce manual work, improve data quality, shorten reporting timelines, and strengthen collaboration between Finance and IT. These improvements created a more reliable, efficient, and transparent reporting process across the organization for all key stakeholders.

Main achievements include developing a comprehensive five-year business plan and building financial forecasting models to support strategic and operational decision-making. I translated business assumptions into clear financial projections, including revenue, costs and profitability. I also created dashboards and management reports that improved visibility of financial performance, trends, and variances. By combining financial data with operational insights, I enabled management to monitor results more effectively, identify risks and opportunities, and take timely corrective actions. These tools strengthened the planning and reporting processes and provided a consistent basis for informed decision-making across the organization.

Main responsibilities: close interaction with business and peers of other int. manufacturing sites, financial strategy support to new investment decisions, closing, budget & forecasts, actively involved in local and international finance optimization & standardization initiatives.
