I am accountable for developing, maintaining and publishing a roadmap of external training courses for various business communities that sit under the umbrella of The Alliance. This includes; Managing a caseload of SMEs through an end to end process to create exceptional learning materials, including curriculum, coursework and exams based on their expertise. Developing and designing certified masters online courses via Storyline 360, Rise 360 and Vyond. Utilising best practice methods (ADDIE) and ensuring rigorous quality assurance. Building sessions and workshops using the LMS to accommodate a host of different learning styles and formats (on demand, workshop and live sessions). Editing video, audio and images to compliment any learning. And liaising with marketing, content and events teams to ensure alignment across the business.

Utilising learning theory to design a variety of e-Learning sessions and course content to sit alongside facilitation - using Articulate 360, (Storyline & Rise) & Vyond. Preparing blogs and knowledge articles and delivering a suite of training, including; the organisation’s induction session (alongside the CEO), coaching and mentoring, safeguarding and customer success. Competent in delivering the sessions in person and virtually. I have also written and produced podcasts to compliment the courses.
