About Liam

A seasoned project manager with over 15 years of experience across retail, commercial, corporate, and investment banking, having worked with some of the world’s largest financial institutions.

My core strength lies in managing complex change — from regulatory transformations to strategic operations — with a structured, results-driven approach.

Alongside my corporate work, I have a deep personal passion for helping SMEs grow. Helping launch and scale several small to medium businesses and I currently supporting the start up of a corporate finance venture under NDA.

Whether it’s fixing operational inefficiencies, structuring a plan for growth, or just being the trusted sounding board for key decisions, I thrive on solving problems and driving outcomes.

People work with me because I’m personable, organised, and able to distil complex problems into clear, actionable plans. I specialise in high-trust relationships, collaborative working, and practical delivery — particularly in fast-moving or uncertain environments.
