Whether rescuing critical programmes, driving digital transformation, or redesigning target operating models, I ensure organisations not only achieve their objectives but are set up for long-term success.

Change is a constant, but each organisation experiences it differently. I’ve guided retailers L’Oréal, The Body Shop, Jimmy Choo and Waitrose through digital transformation, delivered demanding change programmes in public sector organisations like Ordnance Survey and Network Rail, and led business transformation initiatives for consultancies Deloitte and Logica (CGI).

I’ve won an award for my work as a business transformation professional - ‘UK Interim of the Year’ - but I’m proudest of my post-graduate Msc. in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics. Working cross-culturally means I can say ‘hello’ in at least 10 languages, but I speak Dutch and English at home.
