I’m a strategic leadership consultant and executive coach with 15+ years’ experience helping organisations shift culture, build leadership capability, and deliver behaviour change at scale. I’ve worked across tech, finance, pharma, manufacturing, mining, and government, partnering with brands like Google, Barclays, HSBC, and L’Oréal during periods of growth, transformation, and M&A.
