Work with entire team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and brand image. Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website look & feel, social media messaging & content, and other marketing materials. Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team. Delegate projects to in-house designers and oversee creative workflow. Obtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internal commentary and requests. Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use

Company : Design Africa DTP Studios Design Africa DTP Studios develops marketing materials, advertising campaigns and communications mainly for retail based clients which include shopping centres, property developers and retail outlets in South Africa. My role as a designer at Design Africa is to brainstorm no new briefs and translate these into creative advertising tools like flyers, emailers and adverts. I am part of this process from the creative brief through to production.
