- Technical Specialists in this Job Role will have expertise in managing and operation of IT hardware, software, communications, and/or application solutions, and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business. The scope of this Job Role includes preparation for new or changed services, management of the change process, and maintenance of regulatory, legal, and professional standards, management of performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance, and management of bought-in services including, for example, public network, virtual private network, and outsourced services. Typical examples of the deliverables are service-level reporting, risk, and contingency planning.

- Responsible for the effective supervision and administration of Systems Administrator staff including prioritizing and assigning work, performance management, employee relations, and related activities.

• Maintain a secure environment for the company by managing more than 100+ FortiGate Firewalls using Web Filter, Application Control, IPS/IDS and advanced routing.

• Provide communications across the entire network by managing Dell Switches on both main and branch offices.

• Provide support to the Security and Monitoring department on a security standpoint on vulnerability scans and anomalies.

• Provide support to the development team on networking infrastructure needs and demands.

• Provide support to the Operations team on adding value to the main business operation, like redundancy of internet uplinks in case of a failure, VPN redundancy to the main applications used by the Operations team, adding Single Sign On to their internet browsing using Active Directory to automate permissions and security.

• Aid in the decision-making events regarding any network related changes on the company.

• Management and leadership of the Networking Team on PriceTravel Holding

• Responsible for the fulfillment of the PCI Compliance Normative according to the networking infrastructure of PriceTravel Holding

• Succeeded in creating automatization procedures for most of the networking tasks on a daily basis used by the company.

• Helped in decreasing the response time for Networking and Security support cases in the company to 5 minutes.
